Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 2–3 working days

  • Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 working days

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days are typically dispatched the same day.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during Eid holidays, public holidays, or unexpected weather conditions.

Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 6,000.

Standard Shipping

For orders below PKR 6,000, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

You can pay the courier when your order arrives.

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the courier's tracking system.

If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the package and product.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that an order is lost during transit, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement if required.
