Browse our collection, select your preferred hijab, choose a colour, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details and payment method.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payments

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders cannot be modified.

Do you offer custom orders or bundles?

Yes, custom bundles are available. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Major cities: 3–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available on orders above PKR 6,000.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide through our courier partners.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

What if I am unavailable during delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are missed, contact us and we will help arrange redelivery.


Exchange & Returns

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange period from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Can I return a hijab for a refund?

We generally offer exchanges instead of refunds. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 24 hours and share photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Who pays the shipping cost for exchanges?

  • Our mistake (damaged/wrong item): We cover shipping costs.
  • Preference-based exchange: Customer covers return shipping costs.

  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not machine wash

How do I care for a handcrafted hijab?

Handle gently, hand wash carefully, and store properly to protect embellishments.

Will the colours fade after washing?

When washed according to care instructions, colours remain vibrant for a long time.

What sizes are available?

Are your designs limited edition?

Yes, many of our designs are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
