Sabrah.pk is a Pakistani luxury designer hijab brand offering handcrafted designer hijabs, ombré silk hijabs, striped silk hijabs, bundles, and related products online.

Our business is based in Sindh, Pakistan, and we deliver orders across Pakistan.

2. Using Our Website

You may use Sabrah.pk for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

4. Product Availability

Many Sabrah.pk products are produced in limited quantities or small batches.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully placed and accepted.

A product may become unavailable due to inventory changes, simultaneous orders, technical errors, or other circumstances.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

5. Prices

Product prices are displayed on Sabrah.pk in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices, promotions, bundles, discounts, or shipping offers from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

To place an order, you must provide accurate information required for processing and delivery.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

Customers placing COD orders should:

Be available to receive the parcel
Pay the applicable amount to the courier upon delivery

We may contact customers to verify COD orders where reasonably necessary.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Sabrah.pk provides nationwide delivery across Pakistan through courier and logistics partners.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

12. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum order requirement.

No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Promotional shipping terms may change from time to time. Any specific terms displayed with a promotion or product will apply to that offer.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request an order change or cancellation within the period stated in our current store policies.

At present, order changes or cancellations should generally be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, customized, or otherwise progressed beyond the stage where changes are reasonably possible, cancellation or modification may not be available.

14. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with our current Exchange Policy.

Our standard exchange period is 7 days from delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.

Products generally need to be:

Unused
Unworn
In their original condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by relevant order information

Certain products, including sale, discounted, custom, personalized, used, or damaged items, may not qualify for preference-based exchange.

15. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Sabrah.pk promptly.

Where the issue is confirmed to be our error or an eligible product issue, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution according to our current policies.

16. Refunds

Sabrah.pk generally provides exchanges rather than cash refunds.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including situations such as stock unavailability or another case where we determine a refund is appropriate.

Where approved, a refund may be issued to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to applicable payment-processing requirements.

17. Bundles and Promotional Offers

Bundle pricing, savings, promotional offers, discount codes, and other special offers are subject to their stated conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot necessarily be combined
Bundle components are subject to availability
Discounts may end without prior notice
Limited-stock offers remain available only while stock lasts

Where a bundle requires colourway confirmation or advance payment, the conditions stated on the relevant product page apply.

18. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders may be subject to additional conditions, including advance payment and restrictions on cancellation or exchange.

Details will be communicated before the custom order is confirmed.

Because such products may be prepared specifically for the customer, they may be non-exchangeable unless there is a confirmed defect or error attributable to Sabrah.pk.
